What WPCNA does

WPCNA is a forum for neighborhood associations across White Plains. Its role is practical: keep information moving, help associations stay connected, and support local action when neighborhood concerns need attention.

Share information

WPCNA helps circulate neighborhood concerns, meeting information, civic updates, and public-interest items that residents may otherwise have to find across several different sources.

Connect associations

The council gives neighborhood associations a place to exchange ideas, compare concerns, and learn from one another.

Encourage local action

When issues affect neighborhoods, WPCNA helps residents stay organized, informed, and connected to the right public process.

How this site helps residents

This site brings together the most useful WPCNA and community information in one place.

The goal is simple: make it easier for residents to see what is happening, understand where it fits, and find the right next step.

  • Neighborhood profiles and map-based orientation
  • Events and community activity
  • Meeting agendas and minutes
  • Community posting guidelines
  • CNA workshop materials for forming or strengthening a neighborhood association

How WPCNA works

Governance, by-laws, and committees

WPCNA’s by-laws and committee work help give the council structure. They support regular communication among neighborhood associations, provide a way to track issues, and help organize discussion around citywide topics.

If you are looking for governance materials, committee information, or guidance on how the council is organized, contact WPCNA and someone can point you in the right direction.
